    Casteel to UW?

Candidates for Washington defensive coordinator position

Jeff Casteel - Casteel has been one of the most consistent coordinators in the country over the last several years. If Sark wants to make a run at Casteel, he'll have to do so quite quickly. Arizona head coach Rich Rodriguez has yet to hire a defensive coordinator and many coaches believe Casteel will arrive in Tucson shortly after the Orange Bowl. Sark could steal Casteel with presumably a much larger budget set aside than Arizona. Washington could benefit from Casteel's knowledge of Rich Rod's offense, Todd Graham's scheme, and LSU's offensive system. Washington is scheduled to play Arizona and LSU next season.

Considering, but Casteel won't go anywhere in the PAC except Arizona.

Actually I am surprised that Mike Stoops is not being considered as a DC for more Major programs.

IMO the only way Casteel would go somewhere other than Arizona or West Virginia would be if he got a head coaching job.

I'm assuming you're being sarcastic considering he's been considered for jobs at Ohio St. and Nebraska and will be taking the job at Oklahoma.
