He's a very firm commit, he has family connections to Arizona.

This is the kid I was thinking about before. My cousins went to that High School.

Just curious, IMT. Rivals does show David Williams as a RB offer, approx 6'0", 190lbs and 4.4 forty. LOTS of offers, incl. AZ, MD, Mich St, ND, PITT, TN, WI, among others. No state or position ranking, but 192nd nationally and 5.8, 4 stars on Rivals. If we've got a shot at this kid, especially given our far-reaching coaches, let's GET'IM!! Perhaps he's a long shot and that's why not listed here.

I just checked the stats of our QB prospects and...HOLY ****! I don't think Arizona can pick a bad one from the bunch.

Logan Stott has been tabbed as a four star recruit by Rivals. He is also in the ESPN 150 watch list.

Arizona has offered Tim Williams, a DE out of Baton Rouge according to this tweet.

Recruits have to love the idea of starting immediately in college. The Cats definitely needs some DE's in the future...

Great work on this, I have a real hard time following Football recruiting.

It appears he is still working areas he was known for while at UM West Virginia. For example, hes still pulling kids from Florida (Griffey). Although he is working the west coast and Az hard.

Finally got a day off from work, catching up on my recruiting. I like the start RR's got. Seems to me he's putting in work early. After doing a bit of research here are some of what I think think should be our top targets. On offense Tra'von Chapman and Devon Allen. On defense Chans Cox and Priest Willis.

John Kenny committed to Iowa today.

Since the last update on 2013 commits, 4/07/2012, my records show that we have picked up few more, namely:

Darius Allensworth DB 5-11 180 on 4/14
Brock Haman LB 6-3 230 a Summer 2012 TXFR out of Arkansas and now,
Steven Gurrola OL 6-2 285 TXFR fm Glendale CC

Seems to be awfully slow at this point. Have not followed FB recruiting as much as BB over the years and know it's a different animal. Of course, we've had an awful lot of great activity going on with our BB program, so much of the FB is overshadowed. Looking forward to seeing this pickup again. Go CATS! Bear Down!

Just checked up on both Tim Williams and Kenny Lacy out of LA and AZ (PHX-Mtn Pointe) respectively. WOW! These kids are both bigtime 4-stars wanted/offered by everyone. Would be huge to pick up either one, especially now that Coach RR is really focusing on Arizona, homegrown kids.

Except for Kenny Lacy, it looks like the other top AZ kids are all being targeted by Coach RR. It does look like we've offered and are targeting Lacy; maybe it's thought that we just do not have much of a shot at him. WHY NOT ARIZONA?!! eh?

Yah we re going to not only pull Williams out of Baton Rogue and LSU, but also away from the SEC in general.
